No regrets about staying here. Absolutely fantastic. Quiet,peaceful and very relaxing. The grounds and local walks were superb. The restaurant called Roosters which is attached to the hotel was a wonderful setting. Everything about it was top notch. Food exquisite. The staff and chef were extremely accommodating. We are already planning a return visit for a longer period next year. The hot tub was checked daily and the maintenance men and ground staff, as was everyone, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities in the cottage were very modern and well equipped. Thank you to everyone.

My wife and I recently spent a wonderful week at The Grange Cottage 2 in Ashby Cum Fenby, Lincolnshire, for a muchneeded getaway, and we couldnt have been more delighted with our stay. This charming cottage exceeded our expectations in every way, offering a perfect blend of comfort, modern amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the impeccable cleanliness of the cottage. Every corner sparkled, creating a fresh and inviting environment that instantly made us feel at home. The attention to detail was evident throughout, and it set the tone for a truly relaxing stay. The cottage is equipped with an impressive array of amenities that made our week effortless and enjoyable. The washerdryer was a lifesaver for keeping our clothes fresh, while the dishwasher made postmeal cleanups a breeze. The modern cooker was a joy to use for preparing meals, and the kitchen was wellstocked with everything we needed. The standout feature, however, was the hot tuba luxurious touch that we indulged in every evening, soaking under the stars. The free WiFi was another highlight, offering a fast and reliable connection that kept us connected when we needed it, whether for streaming or planning our daily adventures. We were also touched by the thoughtful welcome gift, which added a personal and heartfelt touch to our arrival. It was clear that the hosts went above and beyond to make us feel special. The local area around Ashby Cum Fenby is simply stunning. The rolling Lincolnshire countryside provided a picturesque backdrop for our stay, with beautiful walks right on our doorstep. We loved exploring the nearby towns, which were full of character and charm. There were plenty of great shops close by, offering everything from local produce to unique gifts, making it easy to pick up essentials or souvenirs. The surrounding area is dotted with lovely towns and villages, each with its own distinct vibe, perfect for day trips and leisurely strolls. Overall, The Grange Cottage 2 was the perfect retreat for our getaway. The combination of a spotless, wellequipped cottage, fantastic amenities like the hot tub, and the beauty of the local area made it a truly memorable stay. Were already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and luxurious escape in the heart of Lincolnshire.

We loved our stay at grange cottage, everything was perfect, so clean. Reception staff was lovely too. Lovely quiet Scenery too! The only thing I would say was every time you turned over in the night the bed woke you up, comfy mattress tho! Overall lovely stay and I would recommend and would stay here again if we was going that way

Had a long weekend stay with my daughter and granddaughter. Perfect in every aspect apart from one thing. The Grange 1 cottage had someone staying that was very noisy at night time. Every night after 10pm there would be shouting, laughing and swearing very loudly in the adjoining bedroom. Absolute nightmare as that's when I needed to sleep! Ended up buying earplugs. The noise carried on until the early hours. That person needs blacklisting. Such a shame it spoilt a near perfect weekend.

What a lovely cottage, we were very happy with the cleanliness and comfort, the privacy of the outdoor seating area and hot tub. The little extras were much appreciated too. We found the location quiet and welcoming, enjoyed a delicious Sunday roast in the restaurant after a long day cycling and found all the staff very friendly and helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The welcome wine, water and fruit loaf was well appreciated. The hot tub was great and well used. The provided shampoo and shower gel were of excellent quality. No cleaning wipes were provided but luckily we took our own. The hot tub is in a secluded courtyard affording privacy except for the low gate entrance. This could do with being a high gate especially once the new glamping site is open. Overall I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Me and my friends had a lovely 3 night stay here. The house itself was immaculate and the welcome basket was a lovely touch. We had everything we needed if not more. The only reccomendation we could think of is the possibility of thinner duvets for the warmer weather. The weather was beautiful the 4 days we were there but the bedding was quite thick. Also we had issues with lots of flies landing in the hot tub whilst we was in there so a net would have been handy to scoop them out! Other than that we had the best time. Thanks so much!

Best night sleep we have had in years. It looks brand new! The hot tub was well cared for Amazing touches all around they have thought of everything Didnt even need to wash up just filled the dishwasher and turned it on before we left. From the bbq to the pull out sofa right in front of the tv Netflix on while chilling on the sofa bed Nice tray of cuppa tea and pop corn next to you Genuinely so thrilled with it we are going back in 4 weeks! They even give you a welcome basket and the plum bread was amazing

We enjoyed our stay at Grange Cottage 2, the cottage was clean , well presented & had most of what we needed. The bed was comfortable but the two seater sofa in the lounge needs to be replaced asap, there is no support left in it and I dread to think of a third person trying to sleep on it. A separate easy chair would be a good addition as what was provided was not comfortable, not all couples want to sit together all the time. An oven proof casserole dish as part of the kitchen equipment would help greatly with meal preparation. The hot tub in the garden was great , a very sheltered area from some blustery weather. Overall we would return to this cottage if we were back in the area

We had a lovely stay, really clean property and facilities. Very relaxing with the hot tub and outdoor furniture for us all to sit out. I think the sofa bed would have benefitted from a thicker mattress, but we had a brilliant stay overall and would recommend.

The cottage is in a excellent peaceful stunning location. It is 10 out off 10 for cleanliness but we felt misled this does not sleep 4 it sleeps 2 in the double bed and the sofa bed is only big enough for 1 teenager I feel i need to sleep for a week now as 2 adults was on that bed.that was my only issue.the hot tub and the place were exceptional.but the listing needs changing to sleeps 3.

We had an absolutely delightful stay at the cottage with my family for four days. The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the hot tub, which we luxuriated in every day, adding a perfect touch of relaxation to our vacation. The barbecue was another fantastic amenity that allowed us to enjoy delicious meals outdoors while soaking in the warmth and comfort of the cozy surroundings. Speaking of comfort, the cottage itself was warm and inviting, providing us with a home away from home experience. It was stocked with everything we needed, including shampoo and shower gel, making our stay even more convenient. Additionally, the thoughtful inclusion of games for children kept our little ones entertained and happy throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at the cottage was nothing short of wonderful, and we can't wait to return for another memorable getaway.

Great service from all of the facilities. Everything was high spec and amazing. We ate at the rooster restaurant on the Sunday the food was amazing!! The one thing I would add would be a small light directly by the hot tub as it did get rather dark and had to see. So a small light on the right hand side wall would have been great even a solar panel light. That would be the only thing I would add.

The accommodation was lovely. Clean and well equipped. One small issue. The spring on the fire door retainer to the bedroom door was quite vicious making the door heavy. This resulted in my wife bruising her fingers when she caught it wrong.

Really enjoyed our stay in cottage 2. The welcome pack was great the cottage really clean and fresh. Loved the privacy of the back yard and hot tub. Great setting we had a very relaxing stay. Thanks John and Jayne

Amazing place to stay, home from home. Immaculate, first class! Will stay again !!!!

We arrived for my girlfriends birthday on Friday afternoon and was greeted with the most amazing cottage. It was better than we ever thought it would be. All the little homely touches and just felt so relaxing. We couldnt have asked for a better weekend away. We went to the restaurant on the Friday night too and the staff were great and the food was amazing would highly recommend going if you stay. It was all incredible
