Hall Farm, Lincoln

It was a gorgeous house, exactly as described. I love that not only does it sleep 12, but it dines 12 and also the lounge is huge and sits 12 people, which you dont often find it these types of houses. We made use of the pool every day, and the hottub. Loved the games room...plenty of laughter and competition over our weekend for my dad's 60th. Finally, all large double bedrooms and only a 20 min drive from Lincoln central.

Amazing house, great facilities and lovely hosts. The pool, hot tub and games room were particularly popular! The bar area was great with plenty of fridge space. The kitchen is really well stocked with 2 further fridges and a large freezer. We had a small issue with the hot water tripping and the owner was super quick to come and sort it out. Great, enclosed garden for the dogs, and the kids loved meeting the horses!

From the moment we booked this holiday to celebrate our youngest daughters 40th Birthday, Danny, the owner kept in touch with us giving us updates and answering any questions and concerns we had. On arrival Danny met us in the garden and gave us a guided tour of his house, he was as excited as us and is the most genuine and welcoming person you would want to have as your host, nothing was too much trouble and he was always available throughout our stay to help with anything that we needed. Once the front door was opened we were given access to the most wonderful property, the house was huge, much bigger than it looks from outside, the rooms were all decorated in neutral colours and had everything you would want when renting a property. The main lounge was perfect, it could easily accomadate all ten of us with comfortable seating and an amazing log burner that kept the property toastie and warm. The t.v was huge and came with lots of games and caraoke machine that was well used by the younger members of our party. Moving on to the kitchen which was well stocked with every conceivable appliance and accessory we found our pre ordered food and drink had all been neatly and systematically put away into the cupboards and fridges. The games room and secret bar became the focal point of our stay when we were not in either the pool or hot tub and we spent many hours playing pool and drinking from the secret bar. The bedrooms were all large double or queensized and easily accomadated our party , they were all comforable and clean. The garden was well groomed and was another area that we spent much time playing games, most of which were supplied and present in the rear utility area, the garden was secure and gated and great for the labrador who accompanied us on our holiday. The dining room was just perfect the huge 12 setting table was perfect and we were able to shut it off and set it up daily for the themed nights we planned for our daughter. We were all sad to leave and were waved off by Danny who unlike other property owners did not want to check out the property before we left trusting us and beleiving we would leave the property as we found it. We would all highly recommend this property to anyone celebrating an event or birthday, it is suitable for all ages and to us it was Perfect.

5 star accommodation to meet the needs of all of our party,12 in total ages ranging from 8 yrs to 61 yes old . On arrival the owner Danny meet us to show us around and show us how everything worked.We had a 4 night stay and on the final day nobody wanted to leave. This house is amazing,all the facilities were top notch,The swimming pool being the highlight but not forgetting the games room and hot tub and the log burners.I can highly recommend this property to everyone, We had an amazing 4 night stay and hope to return next year.

The property was lovely, very well kept, and spotlessly clean. It was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with more items than I even have at home. There is a secure enclosed outdoor area, which was perfect for our dogs and gave real peace of mind. That was a huge plus for me. The rooms were lovely, the beds were comfortable, and the dcor was different but beautifully coordinated throughout. There was absolutely nothing I could fault. The owner was friendly, chatty, and incredibly attentive, dealing with anything almost immediately. The swimming pool and hot tub were checked twice daily, and there were plenty of logs provided for the log fire. Nothing was too much trouble. A definite fivestar stay.

Fabulous place

Danny the owner was very helpfull The house and facilitys are very good with everything you need to stay and not go anywhere The pool was a great hit and used all the time Just a note in general below though If you have dogs the Rear Garden has fencing and wire around but is not fully secure as it could be if you have small dogs, ours could get through it easily. There is a metal gate into the horse paddock adjoining the rear garden that also has no fencing on it. We also had the yard dog from next door come into the the garden nearly every day Overall We all had a great time but just a few things that need addressing which Im sure they will be as Danny was interested on feedback which we gave at the time

A fantastic holiday home in a quiet rural setting. The facilities at Hall Farm are second to none. The house and gardens have plenty of space for everyone to enjoy with the private heated pool an extra special luxury. We had a wonderful weeks stay with the whole family to celebrate a birthday and would love to return to do it all again.

This place is fantastic. The pictures when you book are amazing but its even better in real life. Its got everything that you could possibly want for a fun packed time. Make as much noise as you like too, no one to be telling you off. The owner was great, very welcoming, helpful and someone who wants you to have a good time. The ultimate party pad!!! We had an excellent time at the house for a hen party. The owners are great and really helpful. The house is amazing. Be aware that some of the bedrooms have steps into them. I would highly recommend this house as a great house but it is in the middle of nowhere so you can't walk to anything but great for parties. I would definitely go back and highly recommend

Hall Farm is perfect for a large family gathering. There is everything you could wish for and more. The pool, hot tub, and games room kept everyone entertained for the weekend. Couldn't have stayed anywhere better. Great weekend. A big thankyou to Danny, who met us there and shown us round. Will definitely be back.

What a beautiful home. Everything we needed under one roof. Owner was extremely helpful. It was great to have a home from home feel especially allowing dogs, lots of activities to do and a cupboard full of board games was a bonus. Home was clean. We cant wait to book again and have already got our families asking to book. Only 20 minute drive to Lincoln town centre. All rooms were perfect. Swimming pool is a great addition along with the hot tub which is maintained twice a day.

As 3 families with 6 children aged 11 and under, Hall Farm provided a fantastic weekend break. We didn't leave the grounds all weekend as there was so much to do! Most of our time was spent in the pool which was lovely and warm. The nights were spent in the hot tub. When not in the pool hot tub, the games room provided the entertainment for both kids and adults. We also had a game of football in the garden and the younger children loved seeing the horses in the paddock. Danny was an excellent host he met us at the property and showed us around upon arrival and was also there to see us off. Would highly recommend for a short break family or friends get together.

A fantastic property. The pictures don't do it justice. It's cosy and warm. A real homely feel. Our host was polite and friendly and kept in touch throughout our stay incase we needed anything. Nothing was too much. The pool and the hot tub such good additions. And the games room had more than plenty of use. Our stay was just brilliant. We will definitely be back.

Lovely location, tranquil outdoor facilities, large enclosed area at back safe for small children and dogs. Enclosed courtyard at side. Everything you want inside, spacious kitchen, dining room, 2 large comfortable lounges. A big games room to keep everyone amused and a wonderful swimming pool and hot tub, maintained twice a day. Bedrooms are large, with all double beds and 2 travel cots provided a bit difficult if you have 35 year olds! Owner responds very quickly to any questions. A wonderful place for a large family gathering!

Lovely owner , honestly couldnt ask for more . We had the best stay. Definitely recommend this house , however there is a BBQ! which isnt described on the detail on the website. We had the best 40th birthday party there and everyone loved it , beautiful house and the best swimming pool and hot tub . We werent ready to leave !!

A warm welcome from the owner Danny. The house was huge with plenty of space for all 12 of us. A fabulous swimming pool, games room and huge garden meant that we never really wanted to venture out except to stockup on groceries from Coop in Welton, 3.5 miles away. All communial rooms and bedrooms were large. Very well equipped kitchen. The bar off the games room was very popular! If I could make a small suggestion going forward it would be that one of the bedrooms could have two single as my teenage grandsons had to share. Overall a great weeks stay.

A relaxing family home for the week. With everything we could possibly need. The Adults loved it and the children didnt want to leave. A wonderful holiday home!! Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

The house was truly fantastic, really spacious and we had a ball all weekend! We were 12 adults and a toddler and everyone had the space to enjoy themselves without getting under each others feet. Even though the weather wasnt great there was so much at the house to keep us entertained that we didnt leave for the entirety of our stay. We especially enjoyed the games room, pool and jacuzzi. It was a great touch that we could have a supermarket shop delivered before we arrived which was all put away nicely so when we arrived we could just start the weekend straight away. Everything has been thought of and there was nothing that we ended up needing throughout the weekend, from having a full set of toiletries in every bathroom to fans and phone chargers in the bathroom and an incredibly well stocked kitchen including oil coffee tea sugar etc! it really does make the difference. The house was pristine and appears to be really well maintained. All the rooms and beds were comfy, and we also found everything we needed to keep a 2 year old entertained. My only feedback for an area of improvement is the check incheck out times are a bit stingy for a self catering holiday home. Not being able to arrive until after 4pm and then having to be out by 10am meant we felt like we had to instantly crack on with dinner on the night of arrival and on the day of check out was a big rush in the morning making and tidying up breakfast for 12 people and packing the house up. Just an extra 2 hours on the check out day would really extend the enjoyment of the house its just that good we didnt want to leave!!

We wanted for nothing Danny the owner was so helpful and friendly the house was exactly as described if not better. Even with bad weather there was so much to do.

We had a great time celebrating a 70th birthday with the family 8 adults and 4 under 6. The house and gardens are well maintained. There is everything you need and more. The swimming pool, hot tub and games room were well used. We visited Lincoln cathedral and castle, Rand farm and Lincoln zoo both excellent for children. Dan was on holidayso Jessica was our contact and very knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend Hall farm for a great relaxing holiday

Danny and his team were excellent and provided myself and my family with a perfect venue to celebrate my 60th Birthday. All the party enjoyed the pool, the hot tub and the games room and the huge garden was very popular with the younger children and the two dogs. Hall Farm was the perfect house for a week away with family. The house is huge so we didnt feel on top of each other and the garden was great for the dogs. We would definitely recommend to everyone!

Beautiful house with everything you will need. So much space, indoor and out. The hot tub comfortably sat 8 with space for more. The indoor pool was great the swing can be a little dangerous when wet, personal choice to use. Couldnt think of anything the property could do with adding. Owners were great with communication and helping with queries. We are looking for reasons to come back, it was great.

Hall farm has a great feeling to be able to relax around the house, the facilities are perfect everything you need for a fabulous stay, it would be ideal to have a vacuum cleaner at hand though, and its just my thoughts but the hot tub could be protected from the elements and the pavements surrounding being better, but that's just my thoughts great place thanks

Great stay for our 60th Birthday celebration with family and friends. All bedrooms comfortable. Loved the log fire in the main lounge. Swimming pool was great, heated with plenty of floats to use. Hot tub was great and serviced by staff daily. Boys loved the games room. Would highly recommend as a getaway treat. Ample parking for our 4 cars. Excellent communication with owner throughout
