Lovely clean no frills bungalow with good back garden security for dogs. Struggled a bit with electric shower but otherwise no complaints.
Acre View is a lovely bungalow and was a perfect base for our stay. We go on our holidays with our pet dog and she immediately settled as did my husband and I! The property was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed, including a secure back garden which was ideal for our dog! Thank you.
Philip
Accommodation was clean and welcoming, situated in a nice quiet area. The welcoming gift of biscuits and cakes and the milk a nice touch by the property owner.
Rosalind
We had a great time, we loved Acre View and would really like to go back.

Lovely, clean, and tidy bungalow on a quiet, wellkept residential street. Welllocated for SuttononSea and the nearby beach, offering access to the superb promenade walks. Pleasant, enclosed garden where you can relax and enjoy the evening sunshine. The landlord provided a thoughtful welcome package and informed us of the option for an early checkin. Also responded speedily by text to any minor requests.
Bernadette
An excellent stay for our Wedding Anniversary. Weather excellent and the property had everything we needed. Sun loungers to rest in the sunny and very peaceful garden after walking in the sea to Sutton on Sea. As another guest mentioned in the visitor book, the key safe outside needs attention or replacing. Everything else was great.
Sandra
Nice and comfortable all mod cons available to use nice welcome pack left for us.
Sharon

We had a fantastic stay at Acre View. A lovely, comfortable, wellequipped and super clean bungalow in a great location. Will visit again!
Had a very nice stay at acre view, the bungalow was beautifully prepared by Dawn for our arrival and the courtesy msg from her saying we could get in early was most welcome. The bungalow had everything we could need and was very clean and comfortable, the welcome pack was a nice touch and vinnie appreciated his biscuits. We would have no hesitation in coming back.
A very easy place to unwind, which is just what we wanted. Acre View is a very clean and comfortable bungalow in a quiet area of Sandilands. It had everything we needed for a relaxed week exploring the area. A five minute stroll gets you to the seafront. Nice garden, friendly neighbours, and Dawn who maintains is very helpful and friendly.
Louise
Very clean and comfortable bungalow, especially the beds. Ideal for us as a couple with a little dog. Lovely location, minutes walk to beach promenade.

This is a lovely bungalow. Has everything that you could need. The towels are lovely and soft. I think that the accomodation could do with slightly updating and decorating. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Everywhere was very clean.
Christine

Daniel
Good clean well equipped property . Really quiet location 5mins from sea. Starting to show its age and probably benefit from a refresh .
We loved our stay at Acre View. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. It was great for my mum in law as she has restricted mobility. The garden is great especially when you have a dog. The walk to the beach is fab, and it was so quiet when I took our dog Harry down there. It's in a very lovely area, and we won't hesitate to return there. Special thanks to Dawn for letting us know it was ready for us and the lovely welcome pack
Andrew
Great bungalow for a relaxing holiday. A real home from home, everything you could want in the bungalow and in the surrounding area, close to beach and high street yet quiet when you just want to relax. We found the beds and furniture comfortable, don't think I've slept so much In a long time, must be the sea air and long walks with the dog. With welcome basket and milk in fridge was good and the dog biscuits a nice touch. Thank you for a lovely stay.
A comfortable place to stay. Very quiet neighbourhood and very dog friendly. Close to the beach and The Fat Seagull cafe. Host provided a good welcome packof essentials which was much appreciated. I definitely recommend it.
Rosemary
Another lovely week at Acre View, lovely grassed garden fully enclosed and dog friendly, with washing line. Kitchen floor has been renewed looks lovely. Found the egg cups this time. Dishwasher great for holiday and washing machine both working well. We found double bed comfortable. Perhaps a few more knivesforks. Perhaps Chair firmers under 3 piece sweet cushions. Bungalow close to a lovely dog friendly beach. Mablethorpe seal Sanctuary, Lincoln cathedral well worth a visit. Bus no 50 to Lincoln and no 59 to Mablethorpe very good service. Lovely neighbours, the lady over the road who I got to know came to wish us a lovely holiday, as she recognised our car from last year.

Sydney
Not a fan of zippedup mattresses to form one big bed we found the join somewhat intrusive. Some parts of the bungalow were looking a bit 'tired'. For example, the seals on the dining room window overlooking the garden were coming off in places, and the television table had clearly been altered, leaving bare chipboard visible. None of this affected our holiday, but was not aesthetically pleasing. Otherwise, the accommodation was satisfactory.
Facilities a 5 star. Very comfortable and very well equipped. Great sleep and shower. 3 piece very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Maintenance not. Front and kitchen back doors were difficult to close. Several of the slabs on the drive were loose and I got wet muddy trousers.
Richard
Overall good. Would suggest a new fridgefreezer as veg tray missing and lets kitchen down. Dryer function of washing machine appeared to not work. Checked instructions but did not make a difference 5 minutes from beach which is wonderful. Went off season so could let dog off on beach. In a nice quiet street.
A nice clean and comfortable property set in a lovely area. We had a very relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend..
Andrew
A very nice bungalow, everything you need in a wonderful location. Great for walks along the beach, high street and shops a short distance away and the Fat Seagull cafebistro just round the corner. Only thing that was problem was cleanliness of kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Otherwise great place to stay.
Lovely area close to beach and fat seagull which is a lovely cafebargift shop. Bungalow is a good size, there was only 2 of us and a dog. Garden was good size and we went for long walks each day, Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe, Chapel St Leonard. The bungalow could do with a bit of TLC decor wise but for a week away it was fine just a but of updating needed.
It's a lovely property I actually wished I lived there the estate that the property is on is so lovely and clean and the people who live on the estate was very friendly we loved the accommodation we only had one criticism it would have been nice if there was a hand rail in the bath to help me to get it the shower.
Rosemary
We had a very enjoyable stay with great weather, there were comfortable cushions for the deck chairs, the garden nice and secure for our dog. The dishwasher and washing machine were a real bonus for us to relax and enjoy holiday. Lovely next door neighbours. I walked with puppy down to beach every morning and evening, the local people are so lovely and Friendly. We used Waldo fish n chip shop reasonably priced and excellent. The beach is clean and quiet, good for fishing, Rog enjoyed that. The only thing was egg cups missing or I never looked properly. Booked again for next year.
We had a lovely holiday and had no complaints, everything was clean and was as expected. We have recommended it to friends and will probably return. It is especially good for dogs with a very safe enclosed back garden. My only suggestion is that a better router for WiFi is needed it is good in the house but does not reach the back garden.
Wonderful holiday, very good accommodation Good location for walking the dog to the beach We shall return
Lovely bungalow, well thought out in what was needed. Welcome pack was the best I had seen. Spotlessly clean, compliments to the housekeeper. Only snag a fence panel was down in the garden which meant putting the dog on the lead before letting her out. Grass had just been cut so someone was aware. Saying that I would still highly recommend the property.
Louise
The bungalow was warm, clean and very comfortable especially the large bed with everything we needed. It was in a lovely quiet location, close to great walks with the dog. The little extras especially the Plumbread were gratefully received, thank you. We had a lovely stay.
