Water beach is an absolute gem. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, cosy and had everything we could think of that we needed for our stay, especially in the kitchen. We made great use of the slow cooker on the bad weather days! Being minutes from the beach and only a half hour walk into Mablethorpe or 15 mins to Sutton means its perfectly placed for a beach walk and warm upcool down. It is truly dog friendly, not just dog tolerant, and all three girls had a great time. Huge thank you to Karen for her welcome pack for both humans and furry friends. We had a wonderful break in a spacious and modern house, which was wellequipped in every sense. The garden was wellenclosed and safe for our dogs and our grandson !. The beach was a short walk away, which was nice.

So pleased we chose this home perfect location for us could not fault the property lovely and clean very well set out perfect for the beach which was spotless massive difference to the west coastline where we come from. There is shops not to far away by car I can highly recommend the Chinese chip shop ming chef there is lots of places to visit like fantasy island 20min drive.can highly recommend cleethorpes its about 50 mins drive but worth it over all a great place for a holiday

What a lovely property. Clean, tidy, well equipped with lots of extras, including a welcome pack . There is plenty of room to spread out including an enclosed garden. The is access to a shortcut to a quiet, dog friendly, beach. If you have a dog that loves to swim in the sea, there is an external water hose with hot and cold water. It is a well thought out property and a credit to Karen and her husband. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful holiday bungalow in a wonderful position for the beach walks with the dogs. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. We met Karen when we arrived . She offered to come and do clean after the first week, but we gave her the day off
