The bungalow was 1st class, lots of little touchers to help you with your stay. Karen was very helpful and very easy to get hold of, the proximity to the beach was great, no need to load the car up and then find a parking space, we enjoyed the bungalow so much, we have booked for 2027, knowing we will have a lovely bungalow to enjoy our holiday in. it was by far the place we have stayed in.

Waterbeach is bang on for a stay place close to the sea. We were greeted with a welcome pack and a delicious cake. Everywhere was clean and in readiness for our holiday. As for the dogs, loads of stuff could be found that was either useful or edible. Waterbeach is a short drive from Mabelthorpe and Skegness and features a wrap around wooden fence resting upon concrete gravel boards and closeable double gates, perfect for the dogs. Parking is possible for two vehicles.

Beautifully decorated house, well furnished and large rooms. Light and airy and in a great location but also quiet with a pleasant patio a sun trap. Owner very pleasant and helpful.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The welcome pack was excellent, especially the lemon drizzle cake! The house was immaculately clean and we especially enjoyed having our fish and chips sat in the sunshine in the back garden. We had a little difficulty getting the Xbox working at first but Karen sent instructions and we were able to work it out. We would definitely stay here again !

Would definitely recommend this place, very clean and well presented, the king size bed is so comfortable. Shower is nice and big and kitchen is very well equipped. The place had everything we needed and more, the beach is a couple of minutes walk and is dog friendly, I think our little dog is missing his early morning swim. Very welcoming, had butter, milk, bread, biscuits and a home made cake to welcome us when we arrived. The place is very quiet and we found that added to how relaxing our stay was there.

Water beach is an absolute gem. It was immaculately clean, comfortable, cosy and had everything we could think of that we needed for our stay, especially in the kitchen. We made great use of the slow cooker on the bad weather days! Being minutes from the beach and only a half hour walk into Mablethorpe or 15 mins to Sutton means its perfectly placed for a beach walk and warm upcool down. It is truly dog friendly, not just dog tolerant, and all three girls had a great time. Huge thank you to Karen for her welcome pack for both humans and furry friends. We had a wonderful break in a spacious and modern house, which was wellequipped in every sense. The garden was wellenclosed and safe for our dogs and our grandson !. The beach was a short walk away, which was nice.

So pleased we chose this home perfect location for us could not fault the property lovely and clean very well set out perfect for the beach which was spotless massive difference to the west coastline where we come from. There is shops not to far away by car I can highly recommend the Chinese chip shop ming chef there is lots of places to visit like fantasy island 20min drive.can highly recommend cleethorpes its about 50 mins drive but worth it over all a great place for a holiday

The is access to a shortcut to a quiet, dog friendly, beach. If you have a dog that loves to swim in the sea, there is an external water hose with hot and cold water. It is a well thought out property and a credit to Karen and her husband. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful holiday bungalow in a wonderful position for the beach walks with the dogs. Exceptionally clean and well maintained.
