Property was clean and well located. All the facilities worked. Happy to recommend as we will probably come again in future. Nice days out to nearby towns and villages. Local community friendly. Quality of food from the local Veg Shed was good and supports the area. We used the Thai takeaway van on our first night and that was really good. Fire does get the property warm in the evenings and you will probably have to buy extra firewood.

Beds comfortable. Well equipped. Lots of wildlife. Nice countryside. Local towns and villages lovely and well worth a visit. The local churches are worth visiting. The local cafe tea shop is excellent but like everywhere you need to have a car. A good COOPERATIVE shop in Manby. No need to waste fuel going to Louth of Mablethorpe.

Fab gem of a cottage wonderful wildlife. Peaceful yet close to amenities. Comfortable and everything that you need for a holiday. Hosts very nice. Recommended we will revisit.

This was our second stay at eastview this year, we will be back again, The property was all we could wish for, lots to see and do in the area. Farmer browns ice cream is a must visit as is Donna Nook Reserve to see the seals. The garden has plenty of wildlife, pheasants wood pecker squirrels wrens Robins and all the usual garden birds.... too many to mention, Staying here is a Delight... Thank you xx

A nice cottage, we enjoyed our stay. The outside areas beside the cottage and the main garden could do with some attention.

A lovely cottage but with a few issues. Toothbrush holdercup still with the last occupants toothpaste all over the inside and around the rim. Tissue found between bed and bedside cabinet. Prescription medication, Cocodamol tablets an opioid, found in kitchen cupboard. Easy to remedy but worth noting.

Brilliant cottage in a lovely rural location, very comfortable and well equipped with everything for a nice holiday.

Excellent house with everything we needed. Only downside was the tightness of the driveway, we reversed in each time. Comfortable beds & lovely sitting area. Great shower & facilities. Would highly recommend although a car is essential due to the area.
