Cosy & comfortable lodge. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and 1 doggo. Lovely and clean and everything thought of. Warm & welcoming hosts. Gorgeous spot, the perfect getaway from the rat race. A fantastic stay at Acorn Lodge! Perfect location, such a tranquil setting. We are a family of 5 2 dogs. Our teenage kids loved the lodge, their rooms and the hot tub was a fabulous addition. Communication with owner was brilliant. Beds so comfortable. Will definitely return. Thanks for a great stay!

The park its self is lovely and peaceful,however the accommodation wasnt. My husband had to mend the main bedroom door as the handle was coming off and the door itself had dropped,every time you shut the door it banged loudly. The bath mat had a big hole in it. There was only a small fridge and no freezer. The crockery and cutlery was missing match and basic. We paid for a luxury lodge and unfortunately we didnt get one. Its the first time we used Sykes cottages and the last time. The customer service wasnt great. I rang to see if we could change the location to tattershall park but we would lose the entire price,we paid in full when we booked,if wed only paid the deposit we would have lost that which I was prepared to do but to lose the it all, over 1300 pounds.

All very good, private, quiet and secluded and a perfect hot tub. only slight drawback was the WiFi was a little weak at times . But not a problem.

The lodge was well equipped with everything we needed, clean and comfortable and the hot tub was a bonus. Situated in a lovely tranquil area and close to Louth town centre. Was good to have use of the hotel facilities in the grounds too.

A lovely lodge in woodland regularly visited by wildlife. Great for birders with close views of woodpeckers and other woodland birds.. Lodge clean and comfortable. A nice surprise was to receive a text from the owner checking if everything was ok.

The lodge is luxurious and peaceful, our favourite place to stay in Kenwick Park. Everything about our stay was perfect as always. We'll continue to keep coming back to this fantastic place.

64 Acorn lodge was fantastic! ! The facilities and location was amazing. Me and the family had a lovely time. The lodge was spotless and clearly looked after. Was lovely to sit by the log burner in the evening to get warm after long walks with the dog. First time we have been able to go away with our dog and it was so enjoyable. Thank you Brenda we will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful lodge at the back of a lovely site. The hot tub was behind the lodge with trees surrounding so very private. The lodge itself was lovely, very spacious and clean. The host was really helpful and went above and beyond to return an item of clothing we had left which was so kind. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Unfortunately this property has seen better days, it needs a deep clean and lots of maintenance and has needed it for a while if you read back in the visitors book. Oven and kitchen door broken, kitchen items dirty, beds had lots of hairs on top of duvets, hose missing to refill hot tub, mattress on one of the single beds needs replacing. V limited info in welcome pack, eg no info on dealing with rubbish. No bin bags supplied and only one dishwasher tablet, no other washing stuff supplied. The location, size and space is great, and the property has potential to be amazing, but at the moment its very tired.

Had a lovely week at this amazing lodge. We couldn't believe how big the lodge was inside. The hot tub was a big hit, our two teenage boys spent most of the week in it. There was everything you could possibly want, plenty of pots, pans and cutlery. Another amazing bonus was airconditioning fitted in the livingdining area and on the hallway outside the bedrooms. The only negative for us staying for a week was not having a full sized fridge freezer. Also want to mention the two single beds not being the most comfortable mattresses. These are just slight negatives for us with having teenage boys.

We had a lovely week at Acorn Lodge. It was situated along a row of 6 I think and it was tucked away where it was lovely and peaceful. The lodge was a great size for a family of 5. Beds were really comfortable and the king size bedroom was a great size. Plenty of storage for clothes etc. Plenty of hot water for showers. The hot tub was used lots and was really clean when we arrived and ready for use. Few cobwebs on the walls of the lodge inside and the hoover was full so needed emptying before use. Could do with a dustpan and brush in the property for dogs after beach walks

Nice relaxing stay with everything suplied, I would happily return for another visit. Large solid built lodge on the edge of a forest, squirrels jump onto the balcony looking for food. Safe secure location and made more appealing by allowing us to take our sausage dog Zhuzha

It is a dream place to spend with his family friends free time. We felt extraordinarily good and we will definitely return.

Acorn Lodge is an ideal venue for a few quiet days in woodland surroundings. The accommodation is very comfortable, made cosy by the flickering flame and warmth of the log burner on cold February nights. We couldn't seem to get much out of the elevated wall heaters but the small plugin heater in the living area warmed thing up fairly quickly, first thing. There is a constant supply of hot water and stargazing from the jacuzzi is recommended. So, comfort, warmth, functioning internet and smart tv together with morning visits from squirrels and easy access to the shops in Louth and attractions in the wider area what more could we ask for? Lovely clean spacious lodge. Made good use of hot tub. Amazing surroundings. Very peaceful. Was well stocked tea coffee etc. Cosy warm with the log burner on. Would definitely recommend. Worth a revisit for sure.

Lovely lodge great place very quiet shame i couldnt stay the whole week due to illness! Louth Indian restaurant the food was lovely but the wait for food was long! Will be booking again next year

Hi, we really enjoyed our weekend at 64 Acorn Lodge. The lodge is great! Very spacious, and lovely and clean on our arrival. The beds are so comfortable and the bedding is excellent. Plenty of good quality towels. Tried not to use them all, although had two small children so ended up doing so. The outside enclosed area was perfect and very secure for the children to play and our dog. Was a nice addition having the hot tub! The shower in the ensuite was very powerful, nice after a long day. We couldnt get the TV to work in the end bedroom, it wouldnt tune into anything or pick up a proper picture. Tried changing the aerial cable, but wouldnt work. Our apologies for not taking the rubbish to the big bins, every inch of our car was full, and being Nana and Auntie to two small children, leaving by 10am was a major feat in its self for us! The children loved the lodge and its surroundings, they even picked a tree, the very large pine tree which we passed every time we drove in and out near the lodge, and said goodbye to it when we left. The area is so quiet and perfect for walks, it was lovely to walk and pick wild blackberries with my four year old granddaughter. We plan to come back with the children next year. Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Tge property is in a very good location but we were very disappointed with a lot of things. 1 no light working on decking, so not able to use jacuzzi at night. 2 jacuzzi not clean when we arrived, sand in bottom, only one jet working, lights in jacuzzi not working. 3 tv in bedroom not working. 4 not able to use dish washer until we realised you had to leave sink tap running while using dishwasher still don't know how that works 5 furniture especially coffee table very battered

Absolutely the best cabin we have stayed in. Other than the poor Internet and not so great TV signal everything was perfect. The cabin is much larger than I expected. I had the best sleep, the bed was so comfortable. The cabin was well equipped, we had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing. Would love to return sometime

The team and property owner went over and above to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The lodge has everything you need and the area is beautiful. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time and it was a good place to stay and explore the towns, countryside and beaches. Everyone was extremely friendly and dog friendly. We had a slight problem with the hot tub temperature which was quickly fixed. The accommodation was good and the beds comfortable. It could do with recycling bins inside as this is available on site. The water is hot and the showers powerful. The lounge dining room has no wall heater but the log burner soon heats the room up. The on site spa facilities are a luxurious touch and are excellent offering swimming, sauna steam and ice room to list some things available. Well worth an hour or two.

We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my sons 21st birthday. The hot tub was a real bonus, along with the cozy wood burner. We had everything we needed and the owner even left a cake for the birthday boy. Then we left the Alexa at the lodge, but the lovely owner returned it free of charge, no hassle at all! Great family fun weekend surrounded by trees and peace. Highly recommend the golf club Sunday roast too, it was absolutely amazing! Would definitely return

The lodge is absolutely beautiful. So peaceful and comfortable and surrounded by woodland. Was a great getaway for my partners birthday. The only downside was that there was a leak above the fireplace which cased the top of it to be soaking as well as the floor. I contacted the owner and maintenace came and fixed it, other than this, was truely beautiful and will be back again

Absolutely lovely lodge, perfect setting, peaceful, tranquil surroundings and everything you could need in the lodge, comfy beds comfy sofas and the hot tub was brilliant We take a lodge holiday twice a year and this is the best yet! !!! I would definitely recommend this lodge Lots to do and places to see Would recommend the Woolpack for food and pet friendly! Louth is great and the people are so friendly Perfect in every way !!!!!!!
