Lovely chalet. Clean, welcoming and reasonably comfortable. Good quality bedding and furniture. Very well equipped with nice touches like the provision of milk and biscuits. Not room for a dining table and to be honest I personally feel it would be a bit small for 4 adults. Only 1 moan. Please supply a frying pan with a smooth base. The one in the chalet does not work very well on a ceramic hob. The park itself is beautifully kept with ample parking close to the chalet.

I found the sofa over sized for the space and the double bed was difficult to get in and out has it was push up against the wall we are a party of 3 and two of us have disabilities and one elderly person We did fine the chalet to be very clean, and the balcony is good for the dogs. The site is spotless and very pleasant Close to the beach We choose to eat out and the food was good, The shops just of site chippy, convenience store and cafe are very clean and well stocked up. It's short walk in to chapel st leonards if you are fit and well, we took our time and stopped for a rest at the different pubs and cafe plenty of them and they are dog friendly too, Beach is clean.

Home from home. Great location. Clearly looked after. Try to come every year to 98!

Stayed in a few of these chalets on cherry park and so far this is our favourite. It is well laid out to make the best of space, comfortable and clean. Good WiFi and smart tv. Fridge freezer. Some chalets once have fridge It gets the sun on the balcony most of the day on sunny days The site is very clean and well kept. Even though its near lots of pubs, clubs and eating places the site is peaceful and quiet. Will return and would recommend.

Milk and biscuits was nice, we had a very nice week weather was dry warm, would book again. Just one thing would be nice if the rear of chalet was in better condition, old rusted tablet and chairs. Apart from this little thing very good. Best Regards Dr J W BLACK

98 Cherry Park was clean and comfortable. Milk and biscuits were a surprise thank you. However photos on website make the property look bigger than it actually is. Also the description in the listing is incorrect. The settee is not a bed settee, maximum occupancy will not sleep 6, a maximum of 2 adults plus 2 small children. Overall the property is acceptable for the time we were there

Great chalet very clean and well maintained on a excellent site, very close to beach and all amenities . One small thing that would be nice would be to extended the front outside area to make a enclosed side area to connect the rear of the chalet so pets can walk down the side for shade. We will be returning next year lovely chalet.

We had a lovely week in this very cosy chalet. It had everything we needed, the owners have really given a lot of thought to the layout. There is plenty to do near by with dog friendly places to eat and drink.

Lots of secure outside space little one could ride his scooter up and down also play with his electric car! ! Inside wad so clean smelt freash and clean you had a very sparkling clean bathroom with everything you needed plenty of space for your bits and bobs good size shower also a hidden washing machine this was a bonus!! The bedrooms was very comfy plenty of storage and space! Beds was super comfy with added throws for the extra warmth not like we needed it the radiator and little fire let of lots of heat!! The front room was cosy nice comfy sofa again lots of throws to get comfy with a movie we stayed at Christmas had more than enough space for santa presents and opening them!! The WiFi was quick and worked well with 3 mobiles a TV and no loading constantly!! The kitchen was well kitted out like home from home only thing is 7 days could of done with 1 extra cupboard but we worked around thus and used the plate cupboard moved a few bits around! The chalet was like home it's was comfterble and cosy and worked well for us we can't wait to stay again! It wss lovely no complaints at all..

We had a lovely stay at CherryPark, the location is great for exploring all the local amenities and there is plenty of parking onsite. The park is well maintained and very peaceful. The property is south facing, so plenty of beautiful sunshine. The outside decking is well maintained with plenty of space and seating. The bedrooms are what I expected for a small property, and as our stay was for 3 days there was plenty of space for our items. The living area is comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom room has a shower and was completely fine for our needs. I would recommend the property to family and friends for a short, and peaceful stay.

Great place to stay with dogs who don't go off lead as the decked area and back yard meant my dog could have a little freedom. Milk and biscuits on arrival was a nice touch. The chalet had everything you needed and the beach was only a 10 min walk away and pubs, cafes and shops even less. Bus stop for Ingoldmells and Skegness was at the entrance to the park.Will definitely be booking again.

Perfect position for shops,bars and places to eat also lovely and safe for our 2 young dogs which made our short break more relaxing. Just wish the back area was tidier and more inviting to sit in other than that will definitely recommend and hopefully stay here again In the future

A nice clean chalet with good facilities although the original pictures show a table and chairs to suit 4 people but due to changes there are only two chairs. The change to the second bedroom from bunks to single divans was a very welcome change as we were three adults. The owners are very considerate to parties that include dogs as they provide throws for the furniture and a rug for the veranda in hot weather. In all a very enjoyable stay.

What a fantastic little chalet. Every convenience needed for a getaway. Perfectly located in a quiet park, but close enough to let your hair down. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Our stay was excellent would definitely stay in this chalet again. The chalet was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The only suggestion we have is the single beds room had no heating so was a bit cold for my elderly dad. But apart from that everything was spot on.
