The cottage was lovely, very well equipped and comfortable. We couldn't get in when we arrived as had been given the worong key code! Soon resolved with a phone call tp Sykes, but was not what we wanted after a long journey. Three keys to the property with no indication of which key fitted which lock so each time had a process of trial and error to get in. Also, parking not good as had to use a public car park which added over 10 per day to the cost of the stay.

Accommodation was ideally located to explore Lincoln. It was very clean, comfortable and homely. Beds were comfortable Firm both rooms had ensuite which was ideal. We had everything we needed for our stay and was perfect for us, would highly recommend.

Great property, very well equipped and comfortable and clean. Property is not too far from the center of Lincoln but wouldn't recommend to people who may struggle with hills. We broke up the walk home with a visit to a pub which really helped.

Very comfortable, clean property in an excellent location. Instructions, information manuals for all the appliances would be beneficial as it took quite a while to work out what all the different symbols on the dishwasher meant and how to turn it on, same goes for the TVs and oven and hob.

Beautifully clean and well appointed property in an ideal location for the Uphill area of Lincoln. It's a lovely terraced cottage and had been well thought out, both inside and outside. The only recommendations I would like to make are for some privacy screening on the lower half of the windows in the living room and for some larger bath towels. Other than that, it was perfect and we would love to stay there again next time we come to Lincoln
