Fantastic place to stay absolutely spotless & very modern, the owner Jean gave us a friendly welcome & left us a welcome hamper & beautiful fresh farm eggs which were delicious , not far from Louth & Mablethorpe & Skegness only setback was the price of fuel going up everyday this of course had nothing to do with the accommodation . Would definitely book again & would highly recommend .

The lovely welcome pack was very generous. Jean and her daughter Jen, along with grandson Frankie, made us feel very welcome. This is our 3rd visit but not our last and thanks to Jean I had great 80th birthday. The New Build is an excellent bungalow. Good shopping is just 7 miles away in Louth with a really good Garden Centre as you drive in. The views across the Wolds and fields are beautiful. I stayed with a friend for 5 nights in this well appointed bungalow. The crockery was all Denby and the beds were very comfortable. The walk in shower in the bathroom is excellent and there is a second separate toilet. Read the instructions for finding it as it doesn't look like the photo. Jean met us at the gate and was full of information around the area. We enjoyed the coast at Mablethorpe and Chapel St Leornard.

This was our second visit to New Build. If you want peace and quiet to get away from the crazy world around us then this is the place. It's clean and well equipped with very comfortable beds. The mobile phone signal is very good as well which is a must for me as I need to be contactable for health reasons. Jean, the owner is a very nice lady. Once you're greeted on arrival and settled in you are left alone. Jean is just next door, about 50 yards, and is available should you need anything. The Waggon and Horses just up the road serves excellent food.

This was our second visit and we were not disappointed. The standard was still top class and as we had remembered it. The owner Jean was very welcoming and available for help if we had needed it. The welcome pack she left was excellent and very generous compared to other cottages we have stayed in. It is a property close to the coast and major Lincolnshire towns making it suitable for all. we would certainly return again.

Jean was extremely friendly and was on site to offer help if needed. Her advice with reference to accessing the property down the narrow lane was very useful but different to the published information given by Sykes, perhaps that should be changed. The welcome pack was very generous, the best we have ever had and the fresh flowers were lovely. The accommodation overall was nicely furnished and the kitchen well equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. My only comment would be that there wasn't a grab rail in the shower and hooks for towels in the shower area would be really useful. A great location for visits to the coast and local market towns and very useful that short breaks are available.

A really delightful, relaxing week. Jean is an A host and could not have been more helpful. The property is located on a quiet rural lane and is beautifully and comfortably furnished and equipped. We were very happy there. Our only criticism, nothing to do with the property, is that on arrival the satnav had taken us to a derelict property nearby not a good start to our holiday. We located the New Build and felt that directions should be as Jean recommended, down the next turning which is wider and the ditches thus less of a hazard on a narrow lane. The New Build and its flagpole are immediately obvious as one travels along the lane from this direction too.

Beautiful holiday accommodation in a beautiful quiet setting. Just booked again for next year.

Handrail and nonslip mat in shower would help. Extra handrail for towels especially if four persons. It's a large enough bathroom for an extra shelf would bes useful.
