Very disappointing stay and all down to the cleanliness of the property. Gate not closing, I managed to get it back together but does need a better fix. Outside terrace table with dirty ashtray and glass marks all over it, BBQ greasy on outside and a lot of build up of food on the inside, didn't look as if it had been cleaned in months, Jacuzzi cover extremely dirty needs a good scrub, and Parasol stand stand broken, so 1st impression not good. Stale smell of smoke on entering property, opened all windows and door to air the place. Didn't cook in the property as oven needed cleaning, the air fryer was also dirty. I cleaned the outside but no way was I cleaning the BBQ or air fryer. Toaster was fine. Had to clean inside table as there were a couple of glass marks. There is a large stain on the mattress in the double, there is no mattress protector. Therefore, did not spend long in the Caravan and would not return. Happy to supply photos. Did speak to a staff member who asked us if everything was ok and actually his response when I mentioned the cleanliness was I cannot comment!

The caravan was really nice and the owner was very helpful with some minor problems. I was really really happy with the response from them. I will be using them again.

We had a great time it was a lovely place everything went smoothly, i had forgotten to get tickets for the club house but I called the owner Saturday evening and they was happy to help and so lovely.

We had a lovely time, the Caravan was everything we expected and more. It was lovely and clean and to say Dogs were allowed in this Caravan it did not smell of Dogs. It was very welcoming, home from home kind of feeling. The carpets were lovely! The Caravan had everything that you needed and it was nice to have the hand towels in the bedroomsbathrooms. The extra blankets to put on the sofa for the dogs was also a nice touch, although we had bought our own. The location on the site was good, it was only a short walk to the center. We had a lovely few days at Tattershall and wouldn't hesitate to book this caravan again.

Well equipped and very homely. Lovely surroundings and very quiet except for the jets practicing on Thursday, which, although were loud, they were fabulous to see. They flew at reasonable times and so was enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this caravan.

The caravan is beautiful, definitely a luxury feel, home from home. Came equipped with everything we could have needed for our stay, me and my kids had a great few days, we made most of the hot tub which was checked and cleaned regular. Definitely recommend and are already looking at dates for the future, Thankyou so much x

Sleeps 8 people no bedding for the two on the sofa bed. Also absolutely no mention about needing a guest pass to use any of the facilities on the site.
