About The Grange

The Grange is a grand Georgian farmhouse in the Lincolnshire countryside near Boston. Beautifully renovated to an exceptional standard, it sleeps up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms every one with its own en-suite or private bathroom. Original wood floors, panelled walls, sash windows and working fireplaces sit alongside high-spec modern interiors.

Set in gated enclosed gardens, the grounds include a patio, ornamental pond, summer house, giant Jenga and a BBQ and pizza oven. The games room opens onto the garden through bi-fold doors. It's a proper countryside setting with space to spread out.

Inside you'll find a magnificent kitchen with a central island, twin ovens and a stone-bottomed pantry. There's a formal dining room with elegant panelling, two separate sitting rooms one with an original fireplace and a games room with a pool table. The super-king bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a freestanding bath en-suite.

Sibsey Trader Windmill is 4.5 miles away. Tattershall Castle (National Trust) is 9.5 miles. Bolingbroke Castle birthplace of Henry IV is 9 miles. Woodhall Spa with its golf course and pine-wood walks is 12 miles.
