We were delighted by the cleanliness of the lodge , the welcome pack as well as we didnt have to rush out and get anything to make a much needed cups after our 4 hour journey from Suffolk. And my little Pomapoo was happy with the treats left for her as was a favourite. I would definitely book 57 Cherry park again, when visiting family who recently moved to the area .

The kitchen area and bathroom were clean apart from the bathroom floor which needs a scrub And the complimentary milk and doggie biscuits were a nice touch. However the cushion covers are dirty and full of small black dog hairs. I also found hairs in the bed! The outside is badly maintained, and there are no benches on the decking as advertised, just 3 dirty and rusty bistro tables, one of the chairs is broken. When opening the windows the casings are black and full of cobwebs. Windows in front are blown and need cleaning. I have taken photos as proof and am happy to share them.

Lovely chalet, spotlessly clean, most comfortable bed Ive ever slept on in a holiday let. Site is very quiet and well kept. All in all we had a lovely two weeks there. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful chalet well equipped. The little extras were a very nice touch. Unfortunately when we arrived it was cold and took 24 hours for the heat to come through, small electric stove helped but bathroom and bedrooms had no heating so never got warm. As with most self catering accommodation there were no instructions on how to operate the heating system.

The property was spotless, equipped with every thing you need for the perfect home from home holiday. The welcome gifts are a nice touch and were welcomed by ourselves and our little dog. Location is great bus stop nearby for trips to Skegness, Mablethorp and into Chapel St Leonards. Thank you to the owner of this property.

What a beautiful little chalet. On entering we were very delighted and pleasantly surprised. Everything was spotless and very well equipped and we loved the theme for the decor. Thanks to the owner for the wine, biscuits, milk and fruit juice we really appreciated them. It's close to all the amenities, we will definitely be staying again.

Great chalet ,very easy to find,loved having WiFi as although the TV was a smart TV same as we have, got neck ache looking up. But appreciate no where else it could go . Bedrooms set out well and enjoyed the extras .would definitely recommend. Thanks again .

First time we have stayed in a chalet and it was lovely, the ornaments scattered around were lovely. The sofas very comfortable as was the beds. Lovely seaside theme running throughout the chalet made us feel happy to be there. Everything you needed for a holiday was in the chalet. The welcome gift of Wine and biscuits was much appreciated. The on site fish and chips were delicious.

Our second visit to 57 Cherry Park. The chalet is on a lovely quiet site that is kept very tidy.There is a good cafe and chip shop within easy walking distance more shops a few minutes away.The chalet has all you need for a short break in this popular area.Ideal for dogs with an enclosed verandah and walks on the beach.We enjoyed our visit once again.

I would strongly recommend this chalet to anyone who is going as a couple or with SMALL children. Everything was clean and the little gifts left by the owners were a lovely touch. Unfortunately this was not suitable for myself and my 6 foot son. the single beds were really small and I ended up trying to sleep on the sofa, not very well.
We found the owner pleasant and very helpful would recommend the chalet. The information that Sykes provided regarding the codes for the barrier and key were incorrect, thank goodness we arrived early while the owner was still on site.

Had a lovely stay. The owner provided some home comforts, milk, biscuits, fresh orange, wine and even dog bowls, treats and poo bags which is a lovely thought. The chalet was in the centre of everything and was nice and quite on a night. Would recommend a stay and will definitely be booking again.

A lovely time had by all of us 2adults and 2 dogs. Position of the property is perfect, convenient for all facilities. Very dog friendly . We loved the little touches I.e. wine for us and treats for our fur babies . Would definitely holiday here again.

What a lovely clean chalet, very well equipped kitchen and everything you need. Lovely welcome gifts even for the dogs that was lovely.. chalet on a very good site. Bus stops just outside site to get around. In a very good location near shops and eating out. Great for kids near beach and for the dogs too . Will definitely return.

Lovely chalet, nice spot. Very quiet. Would recommend. I am disabled so a grab rail would have been handy in the lovely shower. Water always very hot. Really comfy bed, bedding very clean, and smelled lovely. Parking was fine, a numbered spot would have been better, if possible.
This is our 2nd time in this chalet it is lovely and clean with everything you need. The welcome pack is a lovely touch, nice clean and tidy and quiet chalet park will definitely be coming back.
