Beautiful chalet well equipped. The little extras were a very nice touch. Unfortunately when we arrived it was cold and took 24 hours for the heat to come through, small electric stove helped but bathroom and bedrooms had no heating so never got warm. As with most self catering accommodation there were no instructions on how to operate the heating system.

Location is great bus stop nearby for trips to Skegness, Mablethorp and into Chapel St Leonards. Thank you to the owner of this property.

What a beautiful little chalet. On entering we were very delighted and pleasantly surprised. Everything was spotless and very well equipped and we loved the theme for the decor. First time we have stayed in a chalet and it was lovely, the ornaments scattered around were lovely. The sofas very comfortable as was the beds. Lovely seaside theme running throughout the chalet made us feel happy to be there. Everything you needed for a holiday was in the chalet. The welcome gift of Wine and biscuits was much appreciated. The on site fish and chips were delicious.

The chalet is on a lovely quiet site that is kept very tidy.There is a good cafe and chip shop within easy walking distance more shops a few minutes away.The chalet has all you need for a short break in this popular area.Ideal for dogs with an enclosed verandah and walks on the beach.We enjoyed our visit once again.

I would strongly recommend this chalet to anyone who is going as a couple or with SMALL children. Everything was clean and the little gifts left by the owners were a lovely touch. Unfortunately this was not suitable for myself and my 6 foot son. the single beds were really small and I ended up trying to sleep on the sofa, not very well.

We found the owner pleasant and very helpful would recommend the chalet. The information that Sykes provided regarding the codes for the barrier and key were incorrect, thank goodness we arrived early while the owner was still on site.

Bus stops just outside site to get around. In a very good location near shops and eating out. Great for kids near beach and for the dogs too . Will definitely return.

Lovely chalet, nice spot. Very quiet. Would recommend. I am disabled so a grab rail would have been handy in the lovely shower. Water always very hot. Really comfy bed, bedding very clean, and smelled lovely. Parking was fine, a numbered spot would have been better, if possible.

Chalet was modern very clean beds really comfy but the sun doesnt get on the veranda until 4pm which we would have preferred earlier as the weather was beautiful.

The chalet was tight with little storage for clothes for 3 adults . The lounge area was set out as such the tv and seating was awkward , with weather not being great and us not being evening drinkers meant relaxation in front of tv was not good . However I wouldnt not recommend here , was clean , kitchen was good , beds comfortable with bedding fresh and clean . Got my mothers pooch it was great , location , shopping , beach and dining very convenient . My rating is on me , but Id recommend to friends and family or people reading this .
