Two ground-floor king-size bedrooms can convert to twins and share a Jack-and-Jill shower room with walk-in shower and double basin. A separate first-floor shower room serves the upper bedrooms.

23 Lakeview Lodge. ..what a fantastic lodge this is. Extremely well furnished with beautiful decor. Spotlessly clean throughout. Hot tub fantastic. The owners have thought of everything, from board games to highend hot drinks. They also supplied a lovely welcome pack with bread, milk, shortbread, crisps, cake & a box of chocolates. We stayed for a 50th birthday & the owners decorated the lodge with balloons on request to a very high standard. Thanks Phil & Jo, we'll definately be back
From the minute we stepped through the door, we knew we had picked the perfect place. The quality of the Lodge and all the small personal touches were incredible the welcome pack, every utility you could imagine, the log burner, the hot tub and the beautifully designed rooms. The setting around the lake is simply breathtaking, very relaxing and quiet. It was so easy to get to and only 5 miles outside of Lincoln. Lots to see and do locally as well. We look forward to becoming a regular here!

We stayed here over the christmas period, my family of four, my parents, my sister and her daughter and everyone said the same thing as they walked in WOW. The hosts really had pretty much thought of everything, the lodge was beautifully decorated for christmas and the welcome gifts were lovely. The hosts were very helpful and kind, answered all questions I asked and even sourced some jump leads and helped us get our car started when we couldn't. Would 100 recommend this lodge.
Our third visit to lake view lodge, it has become our annual Christmas get away with 8 friends enjoying a relaxing break. The hosts do a fantastic job to make sure we are settled in, with the added touches. The lodge is beautiful, with lovely views. We have booked again for next year and can not wait. The perfect score award for Lake View Lodge is well deserved. Our family all had a wonderful week away to celebrate a BIG birthday. The Lodge was everything we could have wished for and more. From the initial booking to the day we headed home Phil & Jo did all they could to make our stay very special including lots of extra treats.The balloon decoration was a great touch and very much appreciated. The property is perfect, in a lovely setting but in easy reach of Lincoln & the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend & would love to return in the future.
We had a wonderful stay at lake view lodge. A very wholesome family weekend with lots of family memories made, the men enjoyed the perk of the fishing lake right on the edge of the lodge balcony. Everything was perfect, very well equipt and immaculate. Phil and Jo were so easy to communicate with and overall couldnt say anything they could improve on.

We were a group of 8 friends in 4 couples celebrating my Brother's 40th Birthday. From the moment I booked the lodge I had great communication with Phil via email. I wanted the lodge decorated and and earlier check in which was all arranged by Phil with no problems. The lodge itself was AMAZING! It has absolutely everything you need and the small touches made the break away exceptional. The venue is quiet, relaxing and everything is just as shown in the pictures. I recommend this lodge to anyone who wants a luxury stay.

WOW, what a place for a truly relaxing stay. It is 100 perfection...nothing had been overlooked to ensure your stay would be a good one. Cleanliness and decor spot on. Many thoughtful extras were so appreciated and games and books were in plentiful supply in case of bad weather. I have to mention all the little things that were supplied Dishwasher & wash tabs, hand wash, phone chargers, even a selection of various sauces....so very helpful. Finally...the best place we have ever stayed. Well done Phil & Jo.

This was a fabulous place to stay. Very clean and welcoming. Beautiful setting and amazing attention to detail. Kitchen was well equipped and guidebook instruction manual very detailed and helpful . Communication with the owners before, during and after our stay was very much appreciated , especially as they were able to amend arrival and departure times to suit our needs . Lovely stay at lake view lodge. The owners go above and beyond to make sure everythings very comfortable. There is everything you beed facility wise. Extra touches like sweets for the kids and ice cream parlour etc was really lovely and appreciated. Couldnt fault it. Fishing on the lake for the kids and adults was excellent. The area itself if good walking distance to a nice little pub and a nice nature park which was a lovely walk. Thanks for having us and we would return.

Absolutely stunning property, even better than the pictures, very spacious, the owners have clearly stayed there themselves as everything you'd need is there and some. They have gone above and beyond to make your stay perfect. If your into your fishing you won't be disappointed there are some big carp in the lake. The outdoor furniture is fabulous and the blankets supplied are a nice touch for cooler nights. We loved it and will be back.

This lodge was absoluteley perfect! We stayed from Friday to Monday to celebrate my grandson's 11th birthday. If you want the lodge dressing with balloons for a special occasion, I'd highly recommend contacting Phil and Jo. We requested a Minecraft theme and were very happy with what they provided and the price was very reasonable. As an added surprise, not only did they leave a gift for the birthday boy, as they knew 2 younger children were in our group, they also left a gift for them. What a lovely, thoughtful gesture The lodge is exquisitely decorated and furnished, all the rooms are spacious and it is so well equipped. And the little touches like the welcome basket, icecream station, collection of books and games were well used! The hottub, outside seating areas and the fishing lake were the highlight for us. The setting is so peaceful and relaxing. Phil and Jo's communiction prior to our stay was reassuring and they definitely went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was perfect, I'd highly recommend their beautiful lodge.

Wow, this place is absolutely stunning. Add to that the most amazing hosts, Phil and Jo, and you have the perfect place to stay. You literally couldnt want for anything when you come here as the hosts have thought of everything to make your stay the most enjoyable ever, even food for the ducks! I stayed here with 6 friends and the lodge just lends itself to spending quality time together. Hot tub, outdoor seating, fishing if you want it and it is just so tranquil and relaxing. Stayed for my 40th birthday, this lodge is spectacular! Phil and Jo, the owners, keep the Lake View Lodge at an impeccable level of clean and tidy, and there are some special touches around too including hotel chocolat velvetiser, blankets, hot tub robes and slippers and the list goes on! A real credit to the owners and an absolute gem of a find! The stunning views are a bonus, and also we enjoyed feeding the ducks with the duck food provided Phil and Jo thought of everything!. Absolutely beautiful lodge inside and out. From the finer details to the bigger, everything was laid out perfectly. The cleanliness was next level and the special touches, for instance the welcome hamper and the robe slippers were warmly received. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything worked lovely. Nearby to the town centre, just a short drive away but far enough out that it was peaceful and more like a holiday. Such a stunning place to stay thank you to such brilliant hosts too Phil and Jo who are very accommodating allowing us earlier check and later check out. Nothing was too big an ask and they replied straight away to any questions. Really loved our stay and would 1010 recommend to everyone!
An absolutely fantastic place and property to spend the weekend! Phil & Jo couldn't be more helpful in the run up with several briefings prior to the stay with things such as directions, property instructions and making the most of the stay. The property is fantastic, we had a group of 7 with no issues regarding space given the size of the property and felt like we were in a home away from home. We were greeted with a snack box, beer and prosecco complimentary of Phil & Jo which was a lovely personal touch along with every thought out detail and a very well equipped kitchen!. Absolutely beautiful place! Amenities provided were great and the added goodies were an extra special bonus! The place was spotless and very relaxing all the beds were comfy and plenty of space for 7 people to sit in communal areas. Particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the views over the lake. Phil was incredibly attentive and kept in excellent communication throughout, making our trip completely stress free he even let us know we could check in early and leave later! Amazing place and location for a family get together from 278 yrs old! As soon as we walked we all agreed we wanted to live there!! There were so many little touches in the lodge that made it feel homely. Phil & Jo exceeded all expectations and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hamper on arrival was superb!! The owners of this gorgeous home is absolutely stunning. There was nothing you could have asked for. There was 8 woman and we all had the best time here. The lodge was impeccably presented, with high quality decor and furnishings, and was very clean and tidy. The hamper of goodies was a fantastic and unexpected touch. The communication and checkin instructions were thorough and easily understood. The lodge is in a great location, only 20 mins to Lincoln and situated in a lovely resort of similar lodges around a picturesque lake. We were very impressed with the lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
We booked the lodge to celebrate a special birthday with family. The lodge itself was really lovely and probably the best equipped self catering property that I have stayed in. Not only was there everything that you could possibly need but it was all good quality & in abundance. The welcome goodies were very generous and of good quality. The icecream station was very well received & such a good idea. When the owner knew of our celebration, a fantastic display of balloons were decorating the lodge on our arrival far outweighing our expectations. The weather wasn't the best whilst we were there but the lovely throws allowed us to still make good use of the veranda in the evening taking in the lovely surroundings. All in all we had a really lovely short break in a beautiful lodge. We left with the feeling that the owners really enjoyed renting out their property & ensuring visitors had a lovely time.

Fantastic property, everything was of a very high standard and the welcome pack was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation, we would definitely return. Thanks very much Phil and Jo for a wonderful week.
Attention to detail was spot on. Little touches around welcome pack, dressing gowns, binoculars and duck food, games, books and more. Bedding, decor, etc were all quality ..... loved our stay and provided a base for us to make so many memories with local friends and family
