Howell Barn is a luxury converted barn sleeping 12 across six bedrooms set deep in the Lincolnshire countryside near Sleaford. A spectacular double-height glass atrium hallway greets you on arrival and underfloor heating runs throughout. The barn was once used to store apples from the neighbouring orchard and a paddock next door is home to grazing deer.

Inside there are two lounges one with a pool table and bi-fold doors to the terrace plus a chic kitchen with breakfast bar. Bedrooms include one king-size with Juliet balcony and lounge area, four doubles and one twin. A sliding door connects the twin and king-size into one large family suite. Up to five bathrooms serve the group.
