We stayed at Holt House and it was perfect. Clean, comfortable, cosy but with lots of space for the seven of us, and in a beautiful location. The games room was an added bonus. Ian and Alis communication was brilliant. We will definitely be back.

Met Ali and Ian on second day of holiday and a lovely, welcoming couple with lots of helpful advice on things to do in and around the local area. The property itself was as wed expect for a holiday cottage. Big pluses were the games room with pool tableair hockey and table tennis all available, and in an extension which was a couple of utility rooms away from the main body of the house. Other big plus was an enclosed sizeable garden with seated deck area and lawn that let a four year old, one year old and small dog run freely. Two lounge areas with tvs too which meant plenty of areas for relaxing without all being sat on top of each other. A great base to explore Lincolnshire which led to a super family holiday.

We had a great week at the Holt House. Everything we wished for was provided, clean end spacious. Great help from the owners.

The owner was an absolute star, who made coffee and hot cross buns for us when our car broke down. The cottage itself is spacious, yet cosy, comfortable and clean. It was fabulous having a second shower room as we were all able to get ready without delay. The games room is a great bonus and we spent quality time as a family there. We played board games too which we found, and against the peaceful farmland setting, it was a wonderful way to relax and recharge. The two seating areas were lovely and we could snuggle up infront of a real fire and enjoy a movie. The garden was gorgeous and a beautiful place to sit in the sun and listen to nature. A great base if you want to explore Lincolnshire. We will come again!

Really loved the cosyhomely house, beautiful furnishings, wellequipped and great facilities. Made a perfect winter getaway. Enjoyed the games room a lot but couldnt get the Bose Bluetooth to work. Might have missed it in the details but the low doors were a bit of a problem as three of the party were over 6 foot so worth including this detail in the information. Also with two dogs we had hoped to walk directly from the cottage, maybe to the local village pub but not possible so worth mentioning that you need to drive to villagedog walking. All that said we had a lovely time the house was amazing and would recommend.

A Beautiful house! Never felt so at home at a holiday let. Had everything we needed and wanted. Would absolutely book again! Thank you for being so communicative and welcoming!

We had a lovely time. The cottage is very homely and being just four of us, we used the main kitchen lounge room during our stay, rather than the separate spacious lounge. The bathrooms were wellappointed. This would be ideal for families with childrenteens as the games room looked great, as did the lovely garden with two seating areas.

Fantastic property. Loads of room for just two of us, but you could equally make it cosy with the well thought out lighting. Some places we visit are sufficient for a weekend, this house we could happily have lived in. Garden was secure for my little dogs and they enjoyed exploring. Would 100 look to return if in the area again.

My sister and I had a lovely stay. The property was beautifully equipped and very comfortable and cosy. We both slept very well. The garden was also very pleasant to sit out in. The location was perfect for us and our visits around Lincolnshire. Would highly recommend.

We have had a fantastic stay at Holt House. On arrival there was a birthday card and fresh flowers from Ian and Ali as I had said we would be celebrating my 60th birthday at the weekend. There was also a welcome hamper which we all loved and the teacoffee pots were full. We had plenty of room for a family of 6 adults 2 children and a dog to have comfy seats to rest on. We all loved the games room and beautiful garden with garden furniture to relax on. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and we had ample towels for bathsshowers. The very big kitchen had every potpan and utensil we could have thought of. Everything was immaculately clean and was typical of a country cottage theme. We would highly recommend a stay in this beautiful part of the country. There are plenty of places to visit on days out close to Holt House. We played golf, had a trip into Lincoln and the beautiful Belton House owned by the national trust. Items such as washing up liquid, tea towels, tinfoil, kitchen roll were all provided. Holt House is a beautiful place to stay and we would thoroughly recommend it.

What a wonderful cottage. Much bigger than expected. Flawless. This is an example of how a holiday cottage should always be. Feels very homely and easy to forget you're not at home. What a beautiful property. Fantastic for families who love to cook as the kitchen couldnt be better stocked with good quality cookware. The property is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of places to visit with in an hour and the local villages are beautiful. We will definitely be back. The hosts were also really helpful when we had car trouble sending contact details for a trusted garage locally too. Thank you Ian and Ali for a lovely week.
