Having rented holiday homes for nearly 30 years, I can honestly say this was by far the best experience we've ever had. It was absolutely perfect for our family and our dogs. The Granary was amazing , without doubt the best place we have stayed in with Sykes. Luxurious, beautifully decorated and super gardens. It was just what we were looking for , very relaxing and remote but near enough to use as a base for trips out. Would definitely recommend and return.

The property is beautiful and you have everything you need to make a perfect stay. The garden is large and to top it you have the ponies. Our 2 dogs fell in love with them. The welcome pack was great especially the lovely lemon drizzle cake. One recommendation is that on booking where it says pet friendly you include that they are not to go upstairs. Our girls have beds upstairs so it meant one of our party slept downstairs. I've put that but if we had known we would never have experienced the great week in your lovely place.

The Granary is a beautiful, spacious property that is spotlessly clean. A large garden complete with swings and climbing frame makes it ideal for guests with children. All the bedrooms are very comfortable and the bathrooms beautifully appointed. We loved the kitchen with its large table, so never felt the need to use the more formal dining room. The two downstairs toilets were very useful, particularly for our small grandchildren and the games room with its Space Invaders and PacMan machines was a huge hit with all the generations. There was a lovely welcome basket of goodies in the kitchen with a delicious cake. The location is peaceful and rural, which is exactly what we wanted and well definitely be returning next year. The property was beautiful inside & out. We had a lovely stay and would love to visit again anytime but it would be lovely to visit in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoors a little more. We had a fabulous time at The Granary especially as we had booked at the last minute. Nicky was wonderful and provided us with everything we could possibly need including a fabulous welcome basket which was so very welcome after a crazy drive up from London where we hit every possible road workdelay we could. The house was spotless and that kitchen was an absolute dream to cook in. I had the best time preparing meals for my family and chatting away with my husband and baby. The house was so beautifully decorated with Christmas around the corner that we felt like we were living in a movie rather than real life. Outside we had peace and quiet, our neighbours were some lovely horses and ponies and a flock of peacocks who wander around the property. We had the best time here and we would love to return in summer when our little one can use the outdoor play set and run around. Such an absolutely wonderful house and truly Nicky has provided more than a home away from home.

What can I say but immaculate! When you read reviews and see the photos you have a slight doubt that its not as good as everyone says, however let me tell you its better than you can ever imagine. The thought of what everyone would need or want has been thought of just brilliant. You walk in and find a clean and welcoming home. The owner Nicky was always helpful to answer questions whenever needed, you even get a welcoming basket of goodies on arrival. A peaceful and restful stay not a bad word can be said. Well what a wonderful stay we all had at the Granary 6 adults, 3 kids and a dog. We was blown away with what we saw as we drove up the driveway. The garden is lovely and secure and a great space for the kids and the dog to run around in or play games in or chase and terrorise grandad as our 3 little monsters did haha. The house inside is simply gorgeous and lots of room. The beds in all bedrooms were so comfy. Everywhere was spotless. Kids loved the games room. Lovely visits off the Peahens and their babies , loved their regular routines seeing them roosting on the wall in the evenings getting ready for bedtime. Some great places to visit not to far of a drive away. Wolds Wildlife Park 30 mins, Springfields Adventure Land 25 mins, Skegness 40 mins. RAF Coningsby see the Eurofighter Typhoons taking off and landing 20 mins drive. Would love to return in the future. Fantastic place.

What a wonderful place! We booked here for a week together with my best friend and her family and it was simply wonderful. The Granary is warm, welcoming and so well equipped we wanted for nothing. We forgot to bring the iPads for the children and they had so much fun in the garden the iPads were not mentioned all week. On arrival we were greeted with the wonderful hamper and a fabulous lemon cake and 2 families of peacocks. The Granary is amazing and if you want a wonderful relaxing holiday in luxury the book before you miss out! We cant recommend it enough. Thank you Nicky for sharing your beautiful Granary!

Second visit to this fabulous property. It is so much nicer than the pictures portray. We were pleased with the welcome pack, the lemon drizzle cake hit the mark! It is a clean, comfortable space. Definitely home from home. The kitchen is well equipped and there were many new additions since our last visit. There is a lovely garden pod that seats four which provided cover for those days where there was drizzle and it was a bit blustery. The dog loved the enclosed garden. There are good pubs and nice walks, what more could you want?

This property is amazing, even better than the description and photos. There was no fuss over who got the best room as all the bedrooms were beautiful and both bathrooms were lovely, with each having a bath and walk in shower. The lounge was super comfy and cosy photo needs updating as the sofa is even nicer than the one in the picture, the kitchen had every gadget you could possibly wish for and the welcome pack was very generous amazing lemon drizzle cake being one of the many things included. We were lucky to have some good weather so made use of the very comfortable garden furniture whilst the dogs explored the huge secure garden. The utility room was an unexpected pleasant surprise as was the little courtyard. We all loved playing Pacman and space invaders in the games room took us right back to our pub nights in the 80s! The dining room was another room we made lots of use of as with the other rooms, it was beautifully decorated and furnished. Great for ageing couples like us through to young families loads of board games plus lots of outdoor games. There wasn't a single thing in this house that we could fault and we'd definitely recommend it.

We had such a fantastic stay at The Granary. It was perfect for our group 3 families with little kids with enough space for us to not feel like we were on top of each other, and the garden was wonderful too. The kitchen was fab and had everything we needed and more, and the goodies left for us were so appreciated and thoughtful. Wow what can we say the house has everything you could possible need, everything is nice and clean and fresh. Garden is huge and has plenty to keep the kids busy. The local horses and peacocks were a favourite of our girls. Located just outside of Boston in a really quiet spot but close enough to plenty of things to do, we will defiantly be looking to return later on in the year

The house was amazing all the little extra touches made it very special, this is the first time being away for Christmas and we loved every minute of it. The owners were amazing very helpful and nothing was too much trouble . The pictures of the house dont do it justice its stunning, spotless comfortable ,warm and inviting! I would highly recommend this house to stay in. So many little touches for a welcome such a bread, butter and milk and even something for the dogs that we took as well. We walked in and the smell was beautiful and the place was immaculate. The decor was beautiful and nothing was in need of repair. The appliances and equipment in the kitchen there is plenty of. We took our own coffee percolator but there was one there already! We went for my sisters birthday for December and there were 2 beautifully decorated trees already in place which was so sweet. The house was amazing and my dad wants to book again for the summer . Thank you so much for providing such a beautiful house for our weekend away we couldnt be happier. Brilliant property especially if you like peace and quiet. Great location. We would return at the drop of a hat. There were eight of us and a small baby. We were all catered for very well. Granddaughter loved the games room best. Kitchen was very well equipped and clean as was the whole cottage. Lounge very comfortable, dining room we were able to get everyone comfortably around the table. Ample parking. We had three cars, but room for more. Large garden and fully enclosed rear garden. We have stayed in a few cottages and The Granary is by far the best. Ray.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend away with friends at The Granary 4 adults, 4 kids and a dog. There was ample room for everyone with large rooms and gorgeous decor. The setting was peaceful and idyllic with lots of outside space, which the kids enjoyed and the games room, which the dad's enjoyed! Seeing the horses and the peacocks was a great feature! We visited Ingoldmells for a day trip and ate at Grahams Arms I think which had excellent food at a reasonable price. Would definitely visit again, thank you! Clare x
