Easily one of the nicest places we've stayed in 15 years. Extremely impressed with the spec of the cottage lovely comfortable beds and sofas, fantastic kitchen and bathroom, beautiful location and I'd say the cottage looked even better than it did in the photos. Sonia was a fantastic host friendly, informative and responsive but never intrusive, and a beautiful welcome back was provided which was very welcome upon arrival. Toys, books and games were also made available for our young daughter which were also much appreciated, and the garden was very secure which was perfect for our dog throws and towels also provided for our dog which was very considerate!.

A beautiful cottage which was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very informative communication was excellent from Sonia. If you are seeking tranquility in a luxurious property then this is the accommodation. The log burner added to the coziness on cold evenings , while the bath and shower and not forgetting the Costa style coffee machine completed the luxurys. The cottage has beautiful walks right from the doorstep. While a short car journey also takes you to historical Lincoln. We really enjoyed our stay and are already looking into when we can return. The barn was spotless and had all you needed, the coffee machine was brilliant and the bathroom was amazing. Sonia and Michael were lovely hosts, so welcoming and made our stay so special. Catherine and Paul from the Old Manor Hall on the grounds were such a lovely couple. Our dog Charlie made friends with Betsy and Smudge and of course the farm cats! The Old Barn is a gorgeous property. We enjoyed a week here with our dog who loved all the walks we found around Lincolnshire.
