Perfect home with the castle and cathedral as neighbours.

A lovely property in the centre of the Cathedral Quarter of Lincoln. It allowed easy access to the castle and cathedral and the Bailgate area with its range of independent shops and pubs. The ice cream shop was a must. Steep Hill was nearby and was the route for the more chain type shops and further on to the Brayford Pool complex. The flat had everything that we could need for our stay and was clean and welcoming. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

Location for tourist attractions was perfect. As I was travelling by train the lack of parking was not an issue. Hosts were helpful and access to the property was well organised.

A fan would have been lovely and a lighter quilt for the bed. It was very central with all the amenities at hand,and so we had been told that it could be noisy but it was not intrusive . A great flat bang in the middle of things but also tucked away enough fo be private. I would recommend this flat to friends. A very comfy bed. A couple of minor points, as far as I'm concerned the blinds in kitchen and bathroom need updating, the pillows could be firmer, I couldn't get the tv system to work so could do with looking at or a clear user guide and the shower could be a little more assertive.

We stayed in Grayz Studio over Chtristmas 2021 and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We had all of the necessary facilities to make our stay enjoyable. The position of the Studio is ideal for exploring Lincoln, with all the attractions nearby. The city is most attractive and the experience of Steep Hill is one not to miss! It's not called Steep Hill for nothing. Highly recommended.
