This was the perfect place to be. The flat was comfortable and sunny and private. The table at the front window was the perfect place to work the welcome scone was fantastic. The location on Steep Hill was great for wandering around and looking at things. I will be back. Sooner rather than later. Thanks for everything.

Nice studio flat, well positioned near the castle and cathedral. Easy to get around with the Wait and Ride buses which stop near the castle entrance . The Coop on Burton Road was handy for food shopping. The bed and settee were comfy and the cream scones which were left for us were delicious. No problems getting in to the flat the key safe was easy to use. A good base for a stay in Lincoln
Perfect home with the castle and cathedral as neighbours.
A lovely property in the centre of the Cathedral Quarter of Lincoln. It allowed easy access to the castle and cathedral and the Bailgate area with its range of independent shops and pubs. The ice cream shop was a must. Steep Hill was nearby and was the route for the more chain type shops and further on to the Brayford Pool complex. The flat had everything that we could need for our stay and was clean and welcoming. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly.

Location for tourist attractions was perfect. As I was travelling by train the lack of parking was not an issue. Hosts were helpful and access to the property was well organised.

The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen had everything we needed. The week we stayed the weather was very hot as was the flat at times. A fan would have been lovely and a lighter quilt for the bed. It was very central with all the amenities at hand,and so we had been told that it could be noisy but it was not intrusive . A great flat bang in the middle of things but also tucked away enough fo be private. I would recommend this flat to friends. A very comfy bed. A couple of minor points, as far as I'm concerned the blinds in kitchen and bathroom need updating, the pillows could be firmer, I couldn't get the tv system to work so could do with looking at or a clear user guide and the shower could be a little more assertive.

We stayed in Grayz Studio over Chtristmas 2021 and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We had all of the necessary facilities to make our stay enjoyable. The position of the Studio is ideal for exploring Lincoln, with all the attractions nearby. The city is most attractive and the experience of Steep Hill is one not to miss! It's not called Steep Hill for nothing. Highly recommended.
