6 Hillside Cottages Reviews

Joanne
Beautiful cottage in a lovely quiet village plenty of things to do in the area ... Beautiful cottage in a lovely quiet village plenty of things to do in the area not far from Lincoln the log burner was very welcome and the bath was just lush will definitely stay here again
Antony
Very comfortable nice place to stay all you could need with in property. Negatives were television in bedroom did not work only received 1 channel and remote did not match tv. Although plenty of dog walks local, you could not leave dogs to play in garden as it opens directly onto road with busy farm opposite everything else was great and would highly recommend to none dog owners. You do need a car to get out and about.
A lovely property, home from home. Very clean and well looked after. Close to many amenities with lots to see and do within a few miles. We rate this as one of the best cottages we have ever stayed in. Lincolnshire is a beautiful county.
Suzanne
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was in a quiet area but very close to a number of places we wanted to visit. We appreciated how clean the property was. The layout was ideal for two friends on holiday as each bedroom was of equal size and we had the use of two settees and two loos. The owner was very responsive when contacted which was appreciated.
The cottage was lovely, comfortable, clean and very well equipped, with lovely woods a short drive away for the dogs
The cottage was so beautiful, very well equipped the best weve experienced and so so clean! It had some lovely touches too. In a very quiet area which was exactly what we wanted and a great base to relax and get out and about. Personally I found the bed a little too soft but this is only an individual thing. We would definitely go back as it really felt like home.
We loved our stay here only thing was the bed in the front bedroom was very creaky on one side. A nice touch would be welcome pack which we love getting at other cottages which normally have milk for a brew on arrival after a long drive
Fantastic stay at the cottage we were visitng family and it was such a lovely thing to come back to an inviting and cosy place to stay. It has everything you need for a short stay.
Richard
We had a wonderful week in this excellent, well equipped property which has been recently refurbished and decorated to a high standard.
Rebecca
We enjoyed our Christmas break and the cottage was very festive. This holiday cottage, was just like the photos. Everything is well maintained and very clean. The little extras were much appreciated and we loved to have a soak in the bath. Garden isnt enclosed which we thought was the case so we brought a dog stake which solved the problem when letting the dogs out on a night. Would recommend this cottage for a cosy stay.
The decor and facilities were great, especially the bathroom. The garden was great for my 6 year old to play. Overall had a great time at this property.
The cottage is a fabulous place to stay, the extra surprises were a real treat, thank you for them! The views are spectacular and the natural light flooding through the cottage is wonderful. Its a quiet and peaceful area with easy access to lots of attractions, Lincoln and beautiful market towns. Would definitely recommend.
