We was really impressed when we arrived, everything was just amazing and perfect. Everything you see on the website is definitely as beautiful when you get there . We would definitely recommend this place , and we would definitely go back , the only downfall is for us wed love to go back nxt year but the price is out of our range which is a shame.

We had a super time, the facilities were perfect for our little getaway. Only 10 mins in a taxi to take in the delights of Lincoln. But most days were spent in the hideaway, playing pool, playing other games and making some fantastic food and drinks. Not forgetting the lovely hot tub 5 stars all round

We had a great stay at the hideaway, very spacious, beds very comfortable but unfortunately I wasnt happy with the cleanliness of the property, rubbish stuffed down the back of sofa, ants on the floor, table, chairs. Kitchen sides were dirty. I do realise it was a very hot weekend but the cleaning of the property should have been better with the price we paid.

Hired for the weekend for my Mums 70th. She loved every moment. The pool table was great for the men of the family and the hot tub for the ladies. Plenty of space for everyone and ensuite in each bedroom.

We had a lovely break, house was amazing. Beautiful decor and view. Very clean and had everything we needed. We literally didnt need to leave the house

The cottage was perfect for our golden wedding celebrations. The owner was very helpful and great communication from him . The only improvement would be a sign on the road side as it is isolated and a hot tub check on the second day . The property was immaculate and we were supplied with lots of cleaning equipment and very good appliances

What a lovely place shared with friends for my 60th Birthday. Lots of beautiful bedrooms loads of space all ensuite. Massive kitchen so we could all have breakfast together. Lovely Woodburn that kept it cosy and steaming hot hot tub to relax & chill. Went to Doddington Hall for afternoon tea beautiful fab setting and The Inn on the Green for the tastiest Sunday lunch such a variety and an apple & plum crumble to die for. This accommodation looked great from the pictures but in person it was even better! There is one room where I couldnt find pictures so I expected it to be the worst room but all of them were decorated to a high standard, clean, tidy and beautiful. The owners communication was quick and everything was set up ready for us for our arrival, including the hot tub! Would highly recommend.

Lovely holiday home with everything you need. Cleanliness 1010! Only a 10 minute drive into the town centre. Rav was very quick to respond to any messages and also allowed us an extra hour on checkout day. We had a fab stay and we would absolutely book again to come back.

Great place to stay, we stopped over with family and we had the best time! It felt like we were on holiday and the hot tub was a bonus with a lovely view too! Lovely and clean inside, all facilities available! Close to city centre! Rav was very quick with any responses when I messaged him and getting the keys to the house were really easy! 1010 stay! Fantastic ! ! Rav was on the ball anything you needed he was intouch within minutes to sort for you. The place was so clean and amazingly decorated. So much room and everything you would need is there. Set in beautiful surroundings. Will definitely be re booking.

There is no wood provided for the log burner as stated. Every room all the fixtures and fittings were very dusty and there was rubbish under the beds from previous stays.

Our stay was amazing all guests were impressed and all are planning on visiting again. Theres only a few superficial bits to maybe consider. On the website the bedrooms were a different layout, however this worked better for us but maybe the web needs updating. Needs a pair of scissors It could do with more seats around the main table to seat all 13 guests, possibly some fold away chairs. Coat hooks would be a good idea. New mattresses for a few of the single beds would be a good idea, however other beds were so comfy some of the guests are wanting to buy the same mattress. Overall good value for money and a gorgeous property in a perfect location.
