107 The Laurels Reviews

Bernard
Kitchen and lounge are ok but bedrooms to small we had to dress in lounge. There was 3 adults i cannot imagine what it would be like for a family of 4.Cleaner had not done very good job we kept finding sweet and chocolate wrappers also ladies underwear behind bedside locker other items of clothing in wardrobe.
It's a lovely chalet needs some TLC toilet seat needs tightening up carpets fixing down near doors trip hazard and also between lounge and kitchen not fixed down and better cleaning apart from that had a lovely time .
Michelle
We stay at 107 last year and we stay here again. Its a lovely place very clean and tidy. Thank you for the stay.
Catherine
Very impressed with cleanliness and look of the grounds. Local amenities were everything we needed and more within walking distance. Shops, pubs, arcades food etc. Great link for public transport to Skegness town. Beach was only a 10 min walk away! Accommodation was very good, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and plenty of towels, kitchen well equipped. Only qualms were lack of storage for clothes, had to live out of suitcase, a chest of drawers placed in living area would be ideal as no space in bedrooms. The only wardrobe was filled with bedding and miscellaneous items, could do with being emptied. Would recommend that items from last visitors were removed i.e old food in cupboards. Be better if rooms were cleared of personal items so less cluttered and would seem cleaner. Only one heater worked and cooker was very slow, no space for frozen foods. A little spruce up of the place would make a massive difference. Saying that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again. Loved the outside enclosed decking area and the grassed area. Had a problem with the electricity tripping but was resolved very quickly. Thank you for the lovely holiday.
Stephen
Comfortable , but lack of storage for clothes , that was only problem
The chalet is positioned on a loverly site all chalets . nice and clean grass area.we enjoyed our stay the dogs loved it. the beds are comfy ad good sleep. We'll kitted out threw out chalet. i found the settee abit low as I av ms but I managed. Carpet in lounge needs attention. Other wise good value holiday very happy

Fab accomodation, third time at same property!
Jennifer
Lovely little place to stay with everything you need. I loved that the little things like dog bowls were available if you needed. The owner has thought about almost everything you might need when you are away from home. Very comfortable and warm. Really enjoyed our stay. The only, very small thing was the window keys didn't seem to fit the windows so we couldn't open any windows, and I forgot my hairdryer but managed without as I have short hair, but maybe get a small, travel hairdryer. Everything was really lovely and I would definitely stay again and recommend. We even made friends with the neighbours and the ducks!
Great property, issue 1 heater in bed room on wall! With plug cable! No wall socket to plug into. Issue 2 no heater in twin room, so tjid time of year very cold! Other wise a great place!
Michelle
Lovely place. So comfortable and clean
Very nice but think it would benefit by a small refurb and update , just looking a bit tired .
Sandra
Cosy little chalet with everything you need. Beds not top end but fine but nicer pillows would be good. Barely any clothes storage but not much room for it tbh! Water very slow from hot tap but shower was fine. Sofas also fine, don't know why someone was moaning? Struggled to find window keys but found them eventually maybe a little welcome letter with some info on would help. Decking great with outside seating & we had the weather for it luckily. Had a lovely stay & wouldn't hesitate to book again location is fab. To the reviewer who said Chapel was a dump, how rude! It's a lovely little place if it's not your sort of place you should have done your research & gone somewhere a little snobbier
Great little chalet to stay at but definitely go again only downfall was the ... Great little chalet to stay at but definitely go again only downfall was the water pressure for the shower and the streaky double bed
The cottage was charming, however a few issues. Broken blinds shower tray not draining properly water pressure not great. Everything needed was provided. We would return
Lack of dining table slight issue when raining, but understand this is due to space. Found the coffee table was too large for the room. Other than that perfect, nicely decorated, great location and site will definitely recommend and looking to book again in the future myself.
Very nice holiday home in Cherry Park, ideal for 2 people. We had a great time in this tiny home in Lincolnshire and it was ideal for exploring Skegness and Chapel St. Leonards. The beds and sofa were comfortable, the kitchen was clean and well stocked, and the property was quiet even though there were a lot of holidaymakers making a lot of noise outside. We did not have towels even though the listing mentioned it, but thankfully we always carry spare towels so it was okay. One suggestion would be to provide clearer instructions to the property. We followed the instructions past the fish & chips shop and then kept going in the hope of finding a junction. It should just say 2nd entrance to Cherry Park instead of keep going beyond the chip shop. Small thoughtful touches like kitchen roll, extra toilet rolls and handwash meant that we did not need to search for essentials, so that was appreciated. The home is small but comfortable and the area is convenient to drive to a number of good beaches and shops.
Nice, clean property in a good position for shops, pubs and beach. Ideal for two people but would not recommend for four as there is limited space for clothes. Nice comfy bed and a good shower but for some reason the hot water at the tap is very low pressure but didnt exactly ruin our holiday.
Property was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable,we slept well.Everything supplied for cooking . Fish and chip shop on site, shop on site. Arcades just a walk away.Just a couple of niggles, says WiFi at the property but there isn't. I checked with the owner and this is something they asked to be taken off the Sykes site but it's still on there. The owner was honest to tell me,it wasn't a big issue we had mobile data,it's just good to keep the kids entertained at night. The water hotpressure in kitchen was a dribble, again you can fill up the sink for washing up but takes some time! Curtains for the bedrooms are needed now summer is approaching it got very light early in the morning just with the blinds. Apart from that we had a lovely break, the site was quiet enough with it being Easter school holidays. We loved it,the kids loved it and the dog is worn out!
Chalet was comfortable, well located to all amenities, hot water system needs looking at as struggled to get hot water through but generally overall was ok.
